Details
The main material of NPT and G products is SS304/316L, and the waterproof ring and sealing material are nitrile rubber and silicone rubber. The material of clamping parts is PA66 and UL94-V2. Its characteristics are:
1) strong oxidation resistance, and it is not easy to rust in damp environment.
2) through RoHS certification, do not release harmful substances, do not pollute the environment.
3) with stainless steel, high hardness and good corrosion resistance, it can adapt to harsh working environment such as ocean, chemical industry, salt and alkali.
4) the inner core design is unique, and the clamping jaw is buckled with the seal, with the fastening head device, the waterproofing grade reaches IP68
5) in a static environment, it can withstand temperatures from -40 to 100 degrees Celsius and can withstand 120 degrees in a short time. The temperature range of the dynamic environment is between -20 and 80 degrees Celsius, and the temperature can reach 100 degrees Celsius in short time.
